LINDA AARON
Linda began her career with Coldwell Banker Bain in August of 2000, at the Lake Union office as the office manager. She joined the corporate office in 2010 in her current role as the Training and Development Manager. She is responsible for developing and teaching classes and workshop related to computers, technologies, social media and marketing.Linda is curious by nature and always seeking and learning about new technology, tools and resources to bring the most up-to-date information to our broker and staff communities.
When she isn’t working, Linda is passionate about photography and enjoys travel and seeking new landscapes and subjects to capture with her lens. Linda is the proud mother of two grown daughters and is delighted to be the Nana of three beautiful grandchildren. She resides in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood.

MELISSA CEJA (say-ha)
Melissa joined Coldwell Banker Bain in 2006, in the Business Development Center. From there she moved on to fill the Advertising and Listing Coordinator position at the Lake Union branch, later becoming a Broker Assistant within that branch. She joined the corporate office in August 2011 in her current position as the Career Development Coordinator. Her responsibilities include coordination and maintenance of the company’s training calendar, clock hour coordination and any other administrative tasks within the Training and Career Development. Melissa has a desire to always be “in the know” and loves to share her knowledge with anyone who is interested!
Outside of Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal, Melissa is a dedicated mommy of 2 energetic, beautiful, little boys, a devoted wife, and caring friend. Her best memories are made by spending time with her family and friends. Together their favorites include a weekend at her grandmother’s ocean beach house, a night at the drive-in, a day at the zoo, or late evenings spent watching her much loved drama television shows, over a glass of wine with her husband. Melissa is passionate about graphic design, marketing, entrepreneurship, social media, real estate and anything family related! She currently resides in the city of Fife.

Laura Yamanoha
Laura stepped into her Real Estate career at the start of 2004. Her diverse experience in the Real Estate industry over the past eight years spans across sales in residential and commercial properties, relocation for corporate transferee’s, inventory properties and eBusiness. She has held a real estate license in Montana and is currently licensed in Idaho and Washington. For her, Real Estate has become a lifelong passion. Laura begins her new role with Coldwell Banker Bain-Seal as the Training and Recruiting operations specialist.
Strongly influenced by her yoga training she believes in living a happy life and in living by example. Laura holds a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, runs regularly with her dog and has been a yoga practitioner since 2007. Her fun travel adventures with her husband include: Korea, China, Japan, Mexico and Canada. She loves to spend time with her family and friends.
