This is a reminder that the NWMLS will publish significant revisions to many of its forms on July 24th and August 1st.  Sample copies of the forms will be available in early July, along with two legal bulletins explaining the revisions.
The Forms and Legal Update – 2015 class will cover:

Finding the gold in your database with Contactually

We have all heard the expression “there’s gold in them thar hills”. Well, I am here to tell you that there is gold hidden in your database.

It is a well-known fact that the best source of a real estate agent’s business is repeat and referral; ask any agent and I bet they would agree.  According to the National Association of REALTORS®  in their 2014 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, over 40% of all buyers found their real estate agent through a referral from a friend, neighbor or family member.

So, if this is true, why not focus on trying to capture those referrals? …The number one reason we don’t is because we don’t have a great system in place. However, the solution is here!  Coldwell Banker Bain|Seal, recently rolled out Contactually CRM. It’s exactly what Contactually does – captures referral business!

One of our agents (Bob Blevins) thought he had a good system, but thought he’d give Contactually a try shortly after the launch.
